Lockport, N.Y. (WBEN) - A woman being held at the Niagara County Correctional Facility has been accused of assaulting a corrections officer.
Deputies say Barbara Rodgers spit on the officer as the officer was doing her routing rounds. The saliva came into contact with her chest, head and neck.
Rodgers has been charged with harassment.
