Two suburban sites that are both anchored by nationally franchised restaurants have been sold from one investment group to another.
And, Erie County has also notched its 22nd private residence to sell for more than $1 million this year.
In the deals;
* Investors KS300 LLC of Kansas paid $3.4 million for the property ay 3755 Union Road in Cheektowaga that is anchored by a Texas Roadhouse location.
The property had been owned by Aero Drive-In Inc.
Texas Roadhouse remains open.
* Also remaining open is a recently developed Taco Bell at 6599 Transit Road in Clarence.
Investors JDL Real Estate USA LLC paid $2.26 million for the property, buying it from Quick Service Real Co. LLC.
* And, also in Clarence, a five-bedroom house at 8925 Williams Court sold for $1.35 million, making it the 22nd Erie County private residence to sell for north of $1 million this year.
Erie County is pacing at seeing $1 million-plus home sale once every five days this year.
Million dollar home sales are considered key economic benchmarks within the region's residential real estate industry.
