LANCASTER, N.Y. (WBEN)....A Lancaster warehouse/production center has been acquired by Canadian interests.
VPS Property Ventures LLC from Hamilton, Ont. paid $3.885 million for a 51,250-square-foot commercial property at 4334 Walden Avenue, buying it from Samuel Son & Co.
The building houses Kim-Tam Logistics, who will remain as a tenant.
VPS also owns a similar property on Porter Road in the Town of Niagara.
And, in the Town of Concord, investors 5880 RT 39 Corp. paid $450,000 for a 20,676-square-foot warehouse at 5880 Collins Springville Road.
The vacant building had been owned by GIA G Holdings LLC.
