CLARENCE, N.Y. (WBEN)......In Erie County's record-setting year, in 2025, where 105 homes - county-wide - sold for more than $1 million, Clarence led the way with 30 houses going for north of the $1 million sales threshold.
Now, with Erie County trending towards another record-setting year for $1 million-plus home sales, Clarence has set its own benchmark with the sale of a private residence in the Spaulding Green subdivision that went for $1.55 million.
That marked the 31st house, this year, in Clarence to sell for more than $1 million and the 86th overall in Erie County.
The sale of homes going for more than $1 million is considered a key economic benchmark within the region's residential real estate industry.
Erie County is trending towards 110 homes, this year, selling for north of the $1 million threshold.
