Town of Tonawanda, N.Y. (WBEN) - A 36-year-old man from the Town of Tonawanda has been charged with murdering his wife.
Town of Tonawanda Police and Paramedics responded to a home at 337 Cleveland Dr. at 2:48 a.m. Saturday, May 16. Officers found 51-year-old Tiffany Malvaso dead with significant blunt force trauma.
The victim's husband, Nicholas Malvaso, was arrested following an investigation.
He's charged with 2nd degree murder and is being held at the Erie County Holding Center without bail.
Malvaso will appear in court this Thursday afternoon, May 21.
