CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WBEN)......For the second time in the past four years, a large Cheektowaga apartment complex has been sold.
Local investors Maryvale Village Apartments LLC - a group led by Ian Finn and John Papincack - paid $11.8 million for the Maryvale Village Apartments, buying it fellow area investors Maryvale Village LLC and Linda Drive Apartments LLC.
Th 256-apartment complex, located at 7-11 Linda Drive in Cheektowaga, has seven buildings within its complex
The deal, Chris Greco, works out to $75,641 per apartment, or approximately 21% below the regional average of $91,710 per apartment.
Finn and Paincack own several area apartments including the Greystone in downtown Buffalo and the Mattress Factory Apartments near Canisius University.
