BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - There are more than 500 people hospitalized with coronavirus in Western New York, according to the latest figures released by the state on Tuesday.
501 people were in a Western New York hospital with coronavirus. 107 of those people are in the intensive care unit.
27% of total beds are still available throughout the region and 49% of ICU beds. In order for a region to avoid red zone designation, there must be no more than 90% of hospital beds occupied.
