WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WBEN).....Two suburban Erie County multi-tenant buildings - one in West Seneca and the other in Orchard Park - have landed new owners from separate investment groups.
The deals:
* Seneca Springs Wellness LLC paid $465,000 for a 3,600-square-foot, multi-tenant office building at 721 Center Road in West Seneca.
The building, constructed in 1996, had been owned by Emro Realty Holdings LLC.
* Investors 3071 Union LLC paid $350,000 for a 3,000-square-foot building at 3071 Union Road in Orchard Park.
Constructed in 1986, the building had been owned KNK II LLC.
