(WBEN Buffalo, NY) Buffalo Police Sunday morning announcing an arrest in the murder of 36-year old Jermaine Underwood back on January 5th that happened in the 900 block of Kensington Avenue.
Under arrest is 28-year old Jerry Simpson of Buffalo. He’s been charged with murder in the second degree.
Buffalo Police, the DA’s Office and the Erie Crime Analysis Center were all involved in the investigation.
There was also a second person shot in that incident and he was taken to ECMC and has since been released.
