HAMBURG, N.Y. (WBEN).....Cloverbank Country Club, a Hamburg complex that dates back to the 1950s, has landed - again - a new owner.
Investors 5324 Rogers Holdings LLC paid $2.35 million for the 160-acre complex, buying it from fellow investors Southwestern Rogers LLC, who bought Cloverbank five years ago.
Cloverbank went on the market last fall with a $3.75 million asking price.
5324 Rogers Holdings includes many of the same investment group that acquired, in 2024, the Willowbrook Country Club in Lockport.
Cloverbank was developed in the mid-1950s for executives at Bethlehem Steel Corp.. By the mid-1960s, the club accepted other Bethlehem workers as members.
Later, the club was rebranded as Brierwood Country Club until its name changed again five years ago to C;lpverbank Country Club.
Among its amenities was the par 72, 18-hole course, a 50,000-square-foot main clubhouse, pool and 12 lane bowling alley..
