Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Genesee County man entered a guilty plea to threatening Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz via Facebook.
Thomas Netter will receive a conditional discharge.
Netter, 50, of Oakfield, pleaded guilty to harassment after threatening Poloncarz in January. The threat is over COVID19 restrictions.
Netter was sentenced to a conditional discharge and ordered to perform 50 hours of community service by the end of the year.
Buffalo City Court Judge Shannon M. Heneghan issued a No Contact Order of Protection on behalf of the victim.
