Orchard Park, N.Y. (WBEN) - An Orchard Park man is facing 14 years in prison for sexually assaulting two children under the age of 11.
30-year-old Edward Tutuska assaulted one child that he knew multiple times between March 1, 2023 and March 15, 2024. Meanwhile, a second victim was assaulted on March 16, 2024.
Tutuska was found guilty in a jury trial of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the Second Degree, Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Tutuska will be sentenced in April.
