Niagara Falls, NY (WBEN) State Senator Rob Ortt says he's been made aware of,and briefed on the contaminated soil situation on Cayuga Island in Niagara Falls by the DEC.
He says the DEC has reached out to those they believe have been affected. Ortt is encouraging affected residents to be open to working with the DEC but admits that's their decision of property owners.
