(WBEN) - The battle between a contingent of dozens of Western New York restaurant and bar owners and New York State continues with another roadblock reached this weekend.
A Buffalo Judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by over 90 local bars saying it was "moot" because the executive order ordering bars to close at 11 PM had technically expired.
