Clarence Center, NY (WBEN) State Police say they have located a missing Clarence Center man.
Frank Szczesny is a 79-year-old missing vulnerable adult with dementia who may be in need of medical attention.
He had been last seen on Winding Creek Lane in the hamlet of Clarence Center, Erie County, at 5:15 am on Monday, March 24. Frank was driving a 2024 white Subaru Forester with New York Registration BXS-7408. Updated information indicated that his vehicle was last seen at 6:30 am in the Town of Collins, NY.
He's 5'9", 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
