CLARENCE, N.Y. (WBEN)......For the second time in as many days, a house in Clarence has sold for more than $1 million.
In the latest deal, the four-bedroom house at 4760 Spaulding Drive sold for $1.1 million, making it the 38th private residence in Erie County, this year, to sell for more than $1 million.
Built in 1999, the house has 4,142-square-feet.
For Clarence, the sale marks the 13th time this year a house in that suburban town has sold for more than $1 million.
To date, Erie County is tracking a million dollar-plus house sale once every four days.
Erie County is trending towards seeing 85 homes sell for more than $1 million this year.
Last year, Erie County set a record with 105 homes selling for north of $1 million.
The sale of homes going for more than $1 million is considered a key economic benchmark in the local residential real estate industry.
