BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN)....A vacant South Buffalo lot is being eyed by Buffalo Rehab Group for its 16th local site.
Buffalo Rehab Group wants to develop a 2,970-square-foot physical rehab facility - similar to ist 15 other area sites - at 1001 Abbott Road.
The Buffalo Planning Board, when it meets on Sept. 8, will begin its review of the proposed $800,000 project.
If approved, construction will start this fall.
Lamparelli Construction has been retained to build the facility, which was designed by local architect Mark Dean.
