Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Buffalo Police made the arrest of three teenagers on Wednesday in connection with an armed robbery of a food delivery worker at approximately 6 p.m. ET the same day.
While delivering food on the 300 block of Crowley Avenue, the victim was robbed at gun point. The three suspects then fled the scene in the victim's vehicle.
The vehicle was later identified by patrol officers who attempted to pull the vehicle over that was occupied by teenagers, leading officers on a pursuit. All three suspects fled from the vehicle on foot while on Schreck Avenue.
After a short foot pursuit, all three suspects were apprehended by officers.
Recovered from one of the teens arrested was a Polymer 80 "ghost gun" with an extended magazine, loaded with 20 rounds. Also recovered in the arrests were credit cards and cash that was taken from the victim.
A 16-year-old North Tonawanda male was charged with the following:
- Two counts of Robbery in the First Degree (Class "B" felony)
- One count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (Class "C" felony)
- One count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (Class "D" felony)
- One count of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (Class "D" felony)
- One count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree (Class "D" felony)
- One count of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle in the Third Degree (Class "A" misdemeanor)
- One count of Unlawful Fleeing of a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree (Class "A" misdemeanor)
- One count of Obstructing Governmental Administration (Class "A" misdemeanor)
A 15-year-old Buffalo male was charged with the following:
- Two counts of Robbery in the First Degree (Class "B" felony)
- One count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (Class "C" felony)
- One count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (Class "C" felony)
- One count of Grand Larceny in the Third Degree (Class "D" felony)
-One count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree (Class "D" felony)
- One count of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle in the Third Degree (Class "A" misdemeanor)
Another Buffalo male, 16, was charged with the following:
- One count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (Class "C" felony)
- One count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (Class "D" felony)
- Four counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree (Class "E" felony)
- One count of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle in the Third Degree (Class "A" misdemeanor)
- One count of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree (Class "A" misdemeanor)
