Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - A Tonawanda man has been arraigned on an animal cruelty charge.
20-year-old Emery Kawski is accused of intentionally stabbing a dog several times before placing it in a garbage tote back on Feb. 24.
Kawski will be back in court for a felony hearing next Tuesday. He faces up to two years behind bars, if convicted.
