Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Two suspects are in custody after a double shooting and police pursuit that led to a crash in Buffalo Thursday.
Police responded to a shooting call shortly before 5pm Thursday in the 2600 block of Main Street. Two male victims arrived at ECMC shortly after in a private vehicle.
One victim had a gunshot wound to the shoulder, the other had been shot in both legs. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Around 5:40pm officers spotted a vehicle that was believed to be involved in the shooting. The officers turned their lights and sirens on in an attempt to pull the vehicle over.
The vehicle refused to stop, striking another vehicle at East Delavan and Bailey. A 10-year-old boy in the struck vehicle was taken to Golisano Children's Hospital with a leg injury.
Police recovered a loaded handgun. Charges are forthcoming.
