Victims of I-190 shooting identified

Two Buffalo Sewer Authority employees were wounded in the shooting, and another was killed

Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - New York State Police have identified the victims of Thursday's deadly shooting on the I-190 South. All three victims were employees of the Buffalo Water Authority.

Troopers say Keyshawn N. Gault, 22 of Buffalo, died at the scene. The other two victims, driver Myron L. Walker, 30 of Buffalo and backseat passenger Lamar T. Whitfield Jr., 23 of Buffalo, were taken to ECMC with gunshot wounds.


State Police say the suspect vehicle, a late model dark colored Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling south bound on the I-190. While traveling south bound the suspect shot the victims' Sewer Authority vehicle multiple times.
