What to know for Bills' 'Return of Red and Blue' practice at Highmark Stadium

Orchard Park, N.Y. (WBEN) - Many Buffalo Bills fans will be heading to Highmark Stadium on Friday for the annual "Return of the Red and Blue" practice and scrimmage in Orchard Park.

Gates open Friday afternoon for fans at 4 p.m. ET with practice beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET. Parking is free as stadium lots will open at 3 p.m. ET.

Be advised: Abbott Road will be closed to vehicle traffic starting at 2:30 p.m. ET.

This event is free to the public, but you must need a ticket to enter.

Tickets are currently sold out on TicketMaster.

Last year, over 35,000 fans were in the stands for the practice last year.

The first preseason game for the Bills will take place next Saturday, Aug. 12 at Highmark Stadium against the Indianapolis Colts. Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m. ET.
