TOWN OF TONAWANDA (WBEN).......A Town of Tonawanda apartment complex that pre-dates World War II has been sold to a new investment group.
Vulcan Equity Group LLC paid $1.5 million for the 20-unit apartment complex that runs between 25 Winchester Place and 33 Winchester Place.
The complex had been owned by investors SJI Kenton LLC, Kenton Colvin LLC and Colvin DHW LLC.
Built and opened in 1940, the complex for $75,000 per apartment, below the regional per apartment rate of $91,703 per unit.
Plans call for some renovations to take place.
