
Buffalo, NY (WBEN) A Buffalo woman has been arraigned on charges of reckless endangerment and reckless driving in connection with an incident during a demonstration outside City Hall in September.
25-year-old Joanna Gollnau is accused of recklessly driving a pickup truck through Niagara Square during a demonstration in front of City Hall. Gollnau is accused of hitting a woman who was seated on a bicycle. The bicyclist was taken to the hospital to be treated for her injuries.
Gollnau was released on her own recognizance. She's scheduled to return to court January 4th.
If convicted, Gollnau faces up to seven years in prison.
