Niagara Falls, NY (WBEN) A Niagara Falls woman will spend the next two decades after fatally stabbing her mother last year.
Seleste J. Bomberry, age 30, of Niagara Falls, was sentenced this morning to spend the next 20 years in prison for her conviction of Manslaughter in the First Degree. Bomberry was convicted of stabbing and killing her 48 year old mother, Gennie Blackwell, on March 23, 2025 inside their apartment on Main St. in Niagara Falls.
“This morning’s sentencing brings this tragic case to it’s conclusion,” said Seaman.
Sentence was imposed by County Court Judge Caroline Wojtaszek.
