Hot temperatures are popping up across the U.S., especially in Texas, where Josh Duggar, 35, is currently serving a prison sentence for receiving material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

According to a report in The Sun, the heat is creating intense conditions at Seagoville, the prison where Duggar is serving time. The New York Post said that the former reality TV personality is “roasting” there.

A heat warning for the town of Seagoville was in place through Thursday evening, according to the National Weather Service. It was around 103 degrees Fahrenheit Thursday afternoon and went down to around 99 degrees by Thursday evening, with a heat index that remained at around 110 degrees.

“Texas is having record-breaking heatwaves. Most of the buildings in Seagoville don't have air conditioning for the inmates,” said a person who has a family member at the prison, per The Sun. They said that some inmates have been passing out.

Also, the person said that electricity has been going out at the facility. A spokesperson told The Sun that the FCI Seagoville prison was built in the 1930s and that some parts do not have AC units and that it is at times impacted by power outages. Prviously, The Sun also reported on overcrowded living conditions at the prison.

Duggar is the oldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, and one of the subjects of the “19 Kids and Counting” reality show that ran on TLC for seven years before it was cancelled in 2015. He was sentenced to 151 months in prison without the possibility of parole last March. The father of six has appealed the case.

Court documents and evidence presented at trial indicated that Duggar “repeatedly downloaded and viewed images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children, including images of prepubescent children and depictions of sadistic abuse,” according to the Department of Justice.

“This entire ordeal has been very grievous,” said a statement from Duggar’s parents regarding the verdict.

There were no specific details report regarding how Duggar is faring at Seagoville in The Sun’s report. The New York Post said it has contacted reps for the Duggar family for comment.
