A Louisiana Army National Guard soldier was found dead Friday in Baton Rouge, officials said.
Officials confirmed a person was found dead in the parking lot of the Louisiana Department of Public Safety.
They were pronounced dead at the scene by medical officials.
The person’s identity is being withheld pending 24 hours after family notification.
Louisiana State Police are investigating the death.
