Some viewers speculated that the act was a party trick, and said he didn't actually swallow the lit smoke, but the real trick came from reporter Alexis Martin ... because her reaction was priceless.
She did nothing, and the control room quickly switched to a shot of Trump at his meeting.
Martin later acknowledged the incident on social media and was praised for her professionalism in handling the unexpected situation.
