There's more than one way to make a statement about your life, and police say Daniel Ray Ballance of Arizona chose this one. He was arrested in Colorado after breaking into a locomotive, riding on top of a moving train, and flashing onlookers while blasting the horn
Police say Ballance boarded the train by smashing a window, climbed onto the roof, and surfed on top of the train while exposing himself to residents.
He was arrested by the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office and faces felony and misdemeanor charges for the train break-in and public exposure.
Ballance remains in custody awaiting his court appearance.

So, what possessed him to do it?
The police department had some thoughts on that, writing on Facebook, "For those of you who had the unfortunate experience of seeing this gentleman surfing naked on top of a moving locomotive yesterday, I want you to know that he was arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges.
“Daniel expressed his love of vodka, beer and playing the Banjo,” the agency joked. “Unfortunately, we had to separate him from those loves and the train ride.
“Instead, Daniel is spending some time at an all-expenses-paid stay in jail, where he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”
