NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- President-elect Joe Biden on Tuesday in Wilmington, Delaware showed off the boot on his right foot he's been wearing since Sunday after he slipped and sprained the foot while playing with his dog Major a day earlier.
Biden waved to reporters and said his foot was feeling "good," as he entered the Queen Theater, where his economic policy team was introduced.
Biden's physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, said in a statement Saturday, "Follow-up CT scan confirmed hairline (small) fractures of President-elect Biden's lateral and intermediate cuneiform bones, which are in the mid-foot. It is anticipated that he will likely require a walking boot for several weeks."
