BUFFALO (WBEN) - Buffalo police have released images in connection with Thursday night's fatal hit-and-run motorcycle accident at Genesee Street and Rapin Place.
Accident investigators say they are looking for a dark colored, 4 door Mercedes Benz as a vehicle of interest.
The vehicle was making a left turn from Genesee Street onto Rapin Place and turned into the path of the motorcyclist.
The 44-year-old male operator of the motorcycle was transported by ambulance to ECMC where he was later declared deceased.
Authorities also say the vehicle of interest will have considerable damage to the passenger side doors, the passenger side wing mirror will be missing, and the passenger side airbags may have deployed.
