Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Western New York, for the most part, is on the outside looking in as a major nor'easter storm channels its way across much of Pennsylvania and New York State.
While they're measuring the snow in feet in some spots far to the south and east of Western New York, Winter Weather Advisories are posted for portions of the southern tier as the storm system just scraped the region, leaving a few inches behind at best.
The Buffalo metro area has no advisories posted and is expected to only see what's being described as 'nuisance' accumulations of an inch or two.

* IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
