First responders, neighbors spring into action during Buffalo flood

As record rains poured down on Buffalo and surrounding suburbs, first responders and neighbors stepped up to help stranded motorists. Deputy Mayor Ben Swanekamp oversees public works. He filled us in on how Thursday night went and what work is still being done Friday and into the holiday weekend as flood cleanup continues.
