Still plenty of negotiating left in Buffalo budget talks

Buffalo's Common Council will vote on a budget today, but whether Mayor Ryan's proposed $681 million budget or an amended version is enacted is still to be decided. North District Councilman Joe Golombek tells us where negotiations are at and what he plans to ask for Tuesday afternoon.
