The livestreamed, interactive experience is meant for all job seekers, regardless of your level of experience, professional field or background.

"It has two key components," he said. "We have, on one hand, personalized career coaching sessions. So we have more than 2,000 of our Amazon recruiters that are going to be offering one-on-one career coaching sessions with 20,000 people across the county. And they're gonna use that time, you know, to ask any kind of questions you want... About your resume, about how to succeed in an interview, and so on."

Beginning at 12 p.m., the main stage program will be headlined by Amazon CEO Andy Jassy, who will share his own career experiences.

"But then we also have a program that's kind of packed full of various experts, HR professionals. other senior Amazon leaders who are going to discuss a wide array of topics; from strengthening your resume, improving certain skills, how to transition careers...at any stage of your professional career," Daigle said.
