Donald Trump didn't let Henri's heavy rain and wind dissuade him from stepping out in the city Sunday.

Granted, the distance he walked outside may have only been between his car and the front doors of Trump Tower in midtown Manhattan.

The former president, 75, was spotted entering the skyscraper, waving to supporters, as a doorman shielded the former full-time resident of the building with an umbrella.

And as an added layer of protection, he was wearing -- of course -- a red "Make America Great Again" hat to protect his legendary mane.
