The Trump campaign on Saturday night announced the launch of "Italian Americans for Trump," with Rudy Giuliani serving as the host of the coalition's kick-off event.
The former New York City mayor will host the event Monday afternoon at Philadelphia's 2300 Arena.
Giuliani's grandparents emigrated from Italy.
Last month, Giuliani’s 34-year-old son Andrew Giuliani said he's considering running for New York City mayor in 2021. The son of the former mayor said “I am certainly thinking about it. It’s something that a bunch of people that I trust have approached me with.”
