On Monday, Gio called watching the Jets “homework,” in that it feels like a strain and a bore just to get through three hours of watching football on the couch in the comfort of your own home.
Keith has a similar reaction after watching Gang Green all season.
“It’s become a chore,” Keith said. “The Jets are a Sunday Funday buzzkill.
“J-E-T-S: Just End The Season.”
The season is over, the Aaron Rodgers watch is over, and Keith says all that is left is to lament the fact that another season has been washed away due to abysmal quarterback play, and the longest active playoff drought in the four major sports will live on.
“It is a shame that defense has been wasted back to back years,” Keith said. “They put all their eggs in one weak-ass Aaron Rodgers basket, and they had us playing along.”
