One of the nation's greatest high school sports events begins Wednesday, with the 75th Minnesota boy's hockey state tournament getting underway in St. Paul.

March 2, 2019 The winners of the 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. quarterfinals games, and the winners of the 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. games, meet Friday in the semifinals for both classes, with the survivors playing for the state title on Saturday.
All championship round games take place at the Xcel Energy Center in downtown St. Paul.
All consolation round games take place at Mariucci Arena on the University of Minnesota campus.
