We’ve heard of having skeletons in your closet. But skeletons in your passenger seat? A trooper saw the skeleton in a vehicle March 25 in Maplewood. The trooper pulled over the driver, who had the skeleton buckled (improperly). He was cited for illegally using the MnPASS lane. pic.twitter.com/Fld65brRrT
