The cold air has arrived!
"The models don't print out anything more sub-zero after Friday morning. We'll stay abov zero, in fact well above zero in the 20's, 30's, and even a shot at the 40's late next week," Douglas said on the WCCO Morning News with Dave Lee.
However, Douglas sasys this week's cold isn't a indicator for how this winter's gone.
"Last winter we had 23 nights below zero," Douglas said. "So far, I've counted 13 nights below zero. We've been above normal temperatures since mid-December."
We'll need to get through Thurssday and Friday before the warmer weather returns.
We'll be waking up to 12 below Friday morning before this cold releases it's grip. Slight chance of snow Saturday, before we start to climb into the 30's again Sunday. Hang in there.
