Both Minneapolis and St. Paul have declared a snow emergency following the latest winter weather to hit the metro.

Another couple of inches of fresh snow Monday afternoon caused numerous crashes during the commute.

St. Paul snow emergency rules can be found here. Minneapolis here.

As always, follow those rules closely or you risk a very expensive tow.
