A fire is burning in downtown Grand Marais. Reports indicate the fire is burning in the building that houses the Crooked Spoon Cafe near Grand Marais Harbor. Local radio station WTIP also is reporting the flames have spread to a nearby business. No reports of injuries at this point, and no word on a cause.
