There are no arrests in a reported homicide Friday night in Crystal, where a 20-year-old man was found shot to death in the parking lot of an apartment building.
Police were called to the scene before 8 last night on the 3,000 block of Sumter Avenue.
The man reportedly had a bullet wound to the chest and could not be revived.
It's not known what led to the shooting.
