A Winona County woman who went missing on her way to work at Mayo Clinic during Wednesday's dangerous cold has been located and is safe.
31 year old Leigh Meska was had last been seen leaving her Goodview home but never made it to her job in Rochester and fell out of contact with family and friends.
Investigators say Meska was found in Illinois, that she is safe and that family is back in contact with her.
More information is expected to be released on Friday.
