A violent night in Minneapolis left eight people with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds and another person with a non-life-threatening stab wound.

Minneapolis police say five people were shot outside Broadway Pub and Grill on West Broadway Avenue around 1 a.m. Wednesday. Police arrived to what was described as a chaotic scene and found two victims who were taken to Hennepin Healthcare. Three other victims later arrived at the hospital. In total, three adult men and two adult women were shot and police say it happened because of an argument that turned violent.

Broadway Pub and Grill was the scene of a deadly shooting in June that left one dead and six others injured.

Police on Wednesday morning responded to the area of Portland Avenue South and East Lake Street after a stabbing was reported. Police could not locate a victim but were notified that an adult male walked into Abbott Northwestern Hospital a short time later with an non-life-threatening stab wound.

Two juveniles were shot just before 11 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic altercation on the 3700 Block of Morgan Avenue North. Police spokesman John Elder wrote that the suspect fled the scene, striking several parked cars in the process.

Earlier in the night, at around 10:14 p.m., an adult male was shot on the 2200 Block of West Broadway while sitting inside his vehicle.

So far there are no arrests in any of the incidents.
