An all-clear has been issued at the St. Paul campus of the University of St. Thomas after a bomb scare on Tuesday morning forced administrators to evacuate the John Roach Center classroom building at the corner of Summit and Cleveland Avenues.

No suspicious objects were found in a search of the building, which will remain closed for the rest of the day, with classes relocated.

The John Roach Center, located on the southeast corner of campus, houses several humanities departments and the dean of colleges' office.

Summer classes are ongoing on the campus, with fall semester classes beginning after Labor Day.

This is the second time this year that a reported bomb scare closed a building on the St. Thomas campus.

Nothing suspicious was found after that threat was called in on April 17.
