St. Paul's 15th reported homicide of the year happened Monday night on the 1700 block of Ivy Avenue on the city's east side.
An adult male was found with a gunshot wound to the stomach.
He later died at Regions Hospital.
There no arrests, and the victim's name is not released.
Police are asking the public's help in finding out what happened.
St. Paul police spokesman Steve Linders said in addition to the 15 reported homicides in the city in 2019, there have been reports of at least 105 people who have been shot.
