Now, first baseman Miguel Sano is identified by Twins officials as players on the roster who have tested positive for coronavirus.
"It's generally expected that we would run into some cases here," said Twins baseball operations chief Derek Falvey. "Now we're planning for how we deal with that, we've had protocols in place for that in the past few weeks."
All can return to preseason camp after they have two straight negative tests.
The Twins are training at Target Field in preparation for the 60-game season that's scheduled to start later this month.
