Minneapolis Public Schools has a message for those who want to make donations: hold on to them, for now.
The outpouring of support from the community has been overwhelming. It truly is heartwarming to see the way that people are trying to help one another during this challenging time. At this point, MPS is not able to collect, store, sort, and distribute any donated items.1/2

Please hold on to these items until we determine how best donations can be distributed, whether by MPS or a community partner. Meanwhile, if you find other organizations that are accepting donations, please connect with them to do so.2/2
